30 Year Fixed Rate Mortgages

His Majesty claims he knows more about interest rates than anybody at the Federal Reserve (or anywhere else, I presume)1.

Let’s keep track of how well he manages interest rates. A reasonable proxy that affects most Americans, directly or indirectly, is the 30-year fixed mortgage rate.

  1. Is there anything this clown doesn’t know more about than anyone else? And is there actually anything that he’s the leading expert in? Other than being a bloviating bozo.
